Bill Bradford
Bill Bradford is a seasoned industry executive who has held several prominent leadership roles in digital media and technology. As a former Fox Studios Executive, his expertise is in consumer products leadership, digital media/streaming services, driving the digital transformation of traditional businesses into new business and consumer engagement models, and attracting and building expert teams to execute on strategic initiatives.
Most recently, he has held multiple business leadership roles in digital healthcare product and commercial leadership. As Chief Commercial Officer for Wondr Health, a Private Equity owned digital healthcare which provides weight management and mental support products for employers and insurers, he led the product, marketing, technology, and content organizations. Prior to this role, he was Chief Business Officer for Advanced Human Imaging, a publicly traded tele-health company with smartphone-based human scanning technology used in multiple industries including fitness and wellness customers worldwide.
Bradford was Chief Digital Officer at Beachbody, LLC, where he led the transformation of the company’s media business from a transactional DVD sales model to a multi-platform consumer subscription service. He built the strategy and team as employee #1 in the Digital Division that launched the product Beachbody on Demand, which is now the core engagement hub for Beachbody’s customers. He built the team to a 120 employee division and drove the growth of the product to revenue in the hundreds of millions annually. Today, the service serves millions
of customers.
Previously, at Fox Broadcasting as SVP of Digital Media, he led the digital transformation of the company from a traditional linear broadcast business to a multi-platform content service with new monetization and customer engagement models. The responsibilities included running Fox.com, the Fox Now streaming service, all of Fox’s social platforms, and digital innovations including launching online voting for hit series such as American Idol and The X Factor. He also served as the Chief Product Officer on the Hulu launch team, a joint venture between Fox and NBC.
He has held other Product leadership roles at Yahoo! as VP of Product in the Media division, American Online where he led the eCommerce product, and technology implementation leadership roles at Oracle Corporation.
Having graduated from West Point, Bradford started his career as a U.S. Army Officer, achieving the rank of Captain. He also holds a Masters Degree in Operations Research from George Washington University and an M.A. in Christian Apologetics from Biola University.
Bradford resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife Christina and his four children Katarina, Ava, Christopher, and Annelise.
Rick Dempsey
Rick Dempsey recently retired as the Senior Vice President, Creative of Disney Character Voices and Disney Character Voices International. Rick joined The Walt Disney Company in 1988 as a founding member of Disney Character Voices, which ensured character consistency and integrity for all character assets company-wide, reporting directly to Roy Disney, Vice Chairman of The Walt Disney Company. He continues to serve as a creative resource for all franchise and character-driven properties. It’s been said that no one in The Walt Disney Studios has directed more talent than Rick. Having been with Disney for over 20 years, he has directed over 5,000 recording sessions with some of Hollywood’s best known talent, including Tim Allen, Glen Close, Phil Collins, Billy Crystal, Danny DeVito, Dakota Fanning, Jennifer Garner, Anne Hathaway, Charlton Heston, James Earl Jones, Michael Keaton, Demi Moore, Uma Thurman, Patrick Stewart, Robin Williams and James Woods to name a few.
Rick was instrumental in bringing THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA franchise to the Disney Studios, partnering with Walden Media to help bring the two companies together to support the first film and its long-term franchise opportunity.
Doug Grossman
Doug Grossman is currently Senior Vice President Strategic Development for Algo, a supply chain analyst bot with power of a full stack platform that connects Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Workflow Automation in a unique way to retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.
Before Algo, Doug was the Vice President Supply Chain and Retail Development, 20th°Century Fox Home Entertainment. He oversees distribution of home entertainment product to most major retail customers (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc...). He also provided supply chain consulting services to Wal-Mart on behalf of the studio community and is recognized within the home entertainment and retail community for his expertise in supply chain management issues.
Before Fox, Doug spent 5 years with the Walt Disney Company in various capacities within the studio before moving up to the Home Entertainment division.
